how do you prepare for a big run?
like what do you eat or how do you do your stretches? i have the mile tomorrow first thing in the morning, and i'm not sure what to do before it. oh it was a timed mile at school, forgot to mention that.. a regular mile is fine with me |

A mile isn't that bad. Usually, I load carbs the night before (lots of pasta or rice or something). I also drink a lot of water and not anything dairy. I warmup before my run and just stretch normally. Don't do anything you're not used to or anything you haven't done before. And, don't stretch too hard that you might pull something. Also, get lots of rest.
