Can someone please help me! When I paste an image and then put text over it I rasterize the type and then try using the wind filter. I've done it many times before but now when I do it instead of making the text move from the wind it makes the background image blow over the text. What am I doing wrong or what do I change in Adobe's settings. Please Help! Thanks

try rasterizing the text in its own layer and doing the wind to that layer, not just the background layer. actually if you dont want the background to be winded then don't select the background when you use wind.
