HOW DO YOU COLOR THE PIC LIKE A DIFFRNET COLOR. LIKE YOU CAN STILL SEE THE PIC THOUGH. I`M USING PSP.

New raster layer -> Flood fill any colour.
Change colour layer to "Color". (Left click, properties, drop down menu.) |
