Hm my boyfriend of 5 weeks dumped me because he said he grew a crush for my sister and he didn't want to hurt me by dating me just to get with her and he said he feels that if he just stays away from me or my family, he'll forget about her. I feel depressed. VERY. but a little "happy" that he actually cared enough not to use me to get with my sister. (though I'm not so happy). I don't blame my sister in any way. She doesn't like him. Never flirted with him. The first they met was when I introduced him to our family and thats when the 3 of us hung out for 2 hours. It's amazing what can happen but arg.
Anyone feel like sharing a situation somewhat similar? Oyeah and if there's already a topic like this. I'm sorry. |

Yeah this happened to me too, but I guess I wasn't on the hurtful side (ish?).
My brother had a thing for this girl. I was all for him going out with her, cuhz my brother has never had a girlfriend before. This girl, I won't hesitate to say was beautiful, so I was amped for him to be going out with her. So I met her, I noticed that my brother was very quiet around her, so I was always talking to him urging him on. I was just myself around this girl, and soon enough she had stopped liking my brother. My immediate thought was ''uh, oh.'' My brother had stopped liking her too though. Two days later I get the cheery news that she likes me *sarcasm*. Obviously, I can't go out with the girl, that'd betray my brothers trust and I wouldn't do that. But yeah, it was a whole bad situation. He still makes fun of me for ''stealing his girl,'' but it's all good, he's got a girlfriend now, and this one is lasting, going on 10 monthes. I don't think the other girl and him would have lasted. |
