Skinny Layout -, i need .. Options

im new to this - so i hope i dont bother anyone to0 much -

what i really need is a code to help me fix my layout to a point where it is :
1. centered (full page)
2. skinny mode.

i dont have an example right now, but i will try and find one for you (anyone who helps me)
