I have all my text under <div class="div1"> and under .div1 { I put the overflow:scroll heres my question. Since my text is locked in a div, it will never overflow horizontally. Is there anyway to get rid of the bottom scroll (since it has no purpose and doesnt scroll?

If you want to get rid of part of the scrollbar you would have to make your comment width smaller.
I don't really get what your saying. Also overflow:scroll if it doesn't work use overflow:auto |
