image not working Options

Okay.
lets try this again.
i posted it earlier.
but its been a week and no replies.

anyways.
i uploaded a few pictures to photobucket and tried putting them on my profile using the code <img src= and then the url> well yeah , everytimei do that the image doesnt show up??
heres my second div..

thats just part of my div.. not the whole thing. the image in there isnt showing up... am i not doing my code right or something?
any suggestions?!
