multiple scrollbars in an entry, HELP!! Options

so i run an icon site and i just thought itd be more organized if i had multiple scrollbars per entry. except..i dont know what that code is. does anyone know where i can get the code to that?

example <--as you can see, some of her posts include double scrollbars?

If you want icons then yes you would put the img tags, only if edit html is clicked, but you'll have to have it cliked anyways.

ex.

And jut add more img tags if you want to add more icons and such.

yes, but it only gives me one scrollbar. ah, this is so confusing. sry if anyone feel frustrating since im not getting it.
