how come sometimes, when a girl tells a guy she likes him, he just ignores her from then on?
and also, theres this guy who i've liked for a loooong time. ive liked him since the 6th grade. and i told him 3 times i liked him at different times, and he just totally stopped talking to me and ignored me. i'm now a junior and i still like him. i dont know why i like him for so long. ive had two bf's to try and get over him, but its not working. i feel like, he's the only guy ive truly liked, but he just ignores me.  now he has a gf. but they keep breaking up and getting back together. i heard they did this about 6 times already. and this semester, i was switched into one of his classes, and his gf is in that class too! but right now, i think they broke up again cause she seemed really mad just two days ago, and gave him a note and said " do what you want with it. i dont care anymore" and just today, he said hi to me in the halls after school. and he has NEVER done this before. also, he talked to me in class... a little.  now i have this military ball thing. and i realy want to ask him. but i am scared he will just end up ignoring me again. and i dont want this to happen cause he is just now talking to me again. but i really want to hook up with him!!! should i ask him?  sorry... this was like a novel. |

if i were you i would try to move on. i would never put myself through so much pain and have feelings for someone who doesn't show any sign of emotion towards me. i'm sorry to sound mean but if he ignores you like that he doesn't deserve your attention. if he ignores you, you can do the same thing and ignore him too!! that karma is just going to come around and smack him dead in the face! and it should! he has no right to treat you like that. i don't know..thats just me...thats how i would deal with it. i think the only reason you're unable to move on is because you're not allowing yourself to move on. does that make sense? i mean you date other guys but you don't REALLY give them a chance to capture you. you know what i'm saying? you just keep this guy in your heart and you need to just berid of him. there's plenty of guys out there that will treat you far better than he does. good luck!
