bold font not actually...bold... Options

so my i have a skinny layout.
&& i have it where my bold(& italicized, & underlined) words are supposed to be a different color right?

my bold isn't bolding into the color...
it'll bold..but it wont change into, say, baby blue.

if i give you my layout code do you think you could help me out?

Look in your code..
Find this:

b, strong {text-transform:none; color:87 CD FA;}

change it to
