unblur?

ok, so my frnd sent me a notepad that was all blurred to hide the text.
does anywun kno how to "unblur" it, so the text is visible?? i tried sharpening it...but no such luck =P
im pretty sure she simply blurred it on photoshop...

errr.. is it possible? haha.

I'm not sure if this will work, but the blur tool can smooth out the letters.
Set it to 13-14%.

Jonathan, the letters are already blurred, so what would be the point in blurring them some more? Hah.

Well, uh. I would say that if a whole image of say, a person or something that's not in great detail which is blurred can be sharpened a bit. But if letters are blurred a great deal, it won't work.

Do you have the blurred image for an example?
