submitting comment box Options

I'm trying to put a comment box on my profile, but every time I submit my changes, it makes me submit the comments submit button instead, and goes straight to "you need to be a friend to comment this person" - or whatever it says.

How else can I do this?

ya im having the same problem too can Some one put this comment box into a format where i can use this comment box?.......
