hmmm...
i read somewhere that you shouldnt use toner because it dries out your skin and overproduces oil..... but i use proactiv for my acne and it requires to use a toner and my skin is shiny and oily so what do you guys suggest i do? |

Not all toners are terrible =) I use a toner every once in a while and it makes my skin feel very healthy. :D
