well, im 14 and my hymen is still intact. i want to use tampons, so my friends suggested breaking it on my own. whats a good way to do that? with a tampon?

i dont think that you should have to worry about it.
personally, i wouldnt try to break it myself. let things go the way they are supposed to. |
