I go to the gym as much as i can but the thing is going to the gym fits around the time dinner does. So what should i do first should i eat dinner and wait an hour to go to the gym or should i go to the gym first then eat when i come home?
i always ask myself this so what should i do first? |

So what should i do first should i eat dinner and wait an hour to go to the gym or should i go to the gym first then eat when i come home? i always ask myself this so what should i do first? i asked the same question when i was working out about 2 years ago. what you do is work out first, but be sure to eat 4 - 6 times during the day. that means lower your portion intake. after your work out, depending on what day it is (ex: monday - arms/shoulders, etc) you should stack on the muscle gain with proteins and carbs. but be sure not to overeat on the carbs, because that turns into excess fat. drink plenty of water as well. :) |
