do do you think protien shakes could effect children later born children 15 20 years from now?

Unless you want healthy kids. You must drink it everyday to maintain enough proteins ... and it will pass it on to your kids. Whatever you eat for a long period of time can affect the baby's physical appearances. Your actually sharing the nutri with your kids.
