I go to the gym as much as i can but the thing is going to the gym fits around the time dinner does. So what should i do first should i eat dinner and wait an hour to go to the gym or should i go to the gym first then eat when i come home?
i always ask myself this so what should i do first? |

I always find working out first to be better.
I suggest eating an energy bar before you workout, and then later when you are all settled down after working out, then eat your dinner. I find if i eat dinner before i work out, then i don't have a lot of energy to work out later. |
