very complicated but need advice Options

ok so there is this guy named ben and i was talking to my mom about how he got his lip peirced....and my mom owns a daycare....so this daycare parent was like ben ******? and i was like omg how did u kno....come to find out he is her next door neighbor.lol i kno i was like screaming...so he came to my house a few times while i wasnt there...but then one day he was there and i was like o hey n he was liek how r u doin and then left.but then i heard someone call my name and the baby`s doll was lying on the floor so i guess they set it up so that i would take the doll out to them and ben got it from me then was like lol i just drank that stagnated water for two dollars and i was like lol eww now yur gonna get sick.then the baby`s dad asked me if i wanted to go to walmart with them n i was liek yea...so me n ben sat in the back of the car and yea we walked around and he told me to wear his hat n stuff so i did of course!lol.then we went out of the store earlier than them and he was like hold my phone while i smoke this cigarette n i was like ok.then he was like put your number in there so i did and when i got home he called me and we talked about like everything.but the daycare parents said for him not to talk to me cuz he was a bad influence but we were like we will keep it a secret.then he like never talks nemore.like it seems like when i call he is distracted(his friends are in the backround and stuff).and i think i like texted him too much...but the last two texts he didnt answer....should i wait til the weekend to call?ugh what should i do?any advice?

it seems like you should just let this ben stuff go... people have told you that he's a bad influence and he seems too preoccupied to pay any attention to you. you should trust the opinion of grown ups, especially his neighbor, she probably knows more than you about him.
