I go to the gym as much as i can but the thing is going to the gym fits around the time dinner does. So what should i do first should i eat dinner and wait an hour to go to the gym or should i go to the gym first then eat when i come home?
i always ask myself this so what should i do first? |

Go to the gym first! But don't go there starving.
It's just that when you exercise, your body doesn't digest any of the food you just ate, so it just sits there. It's recommended you do your heavy workout before indulging on a big meal. |
