we haven't talked in a while. I've acted like everything's alright. But the truth is, they aren't. They aren't at all. It's always been my weakness...you've always been my weakness. Your voice still makes me feel tingly inside. Things went down the drain. "have you ever loved and lost somebody, wish there was a chance to say i'm sorry, can't you see, thats the way i feel, about you and me" You seemed to be moving on just fine, though. I'm glad you've found happiness in being single. But i can't. I feel so alone without you. I know you're not going to read this, which is why i'm posting it. Because the truth is i don't have the courage to tell you my feelings anymore. I've been hurt so much by you, i can't just forget that. I forgive, but never forget. Every inch of me that i gave to you, i got less than half in return. I can't afford it anymore. I know things between us werent the best, but somehow i can't let go. Things just felt so right with you. even when things got really ugly, it still felt right. I felt comfort. But i can't tell you any of this. My pride won't allow it. I've swallowed my pride to be with you, i can't put you before me anymore. I can't let you use me anymore. I can't let me feelings for you get the better of me anymore. I miss you. But i can't have you back. You're so far away... oh god, i'm trying so hard to froget about us....but i can't so don't forget about us. <3 |
