Do you think here in Cb a "member of the Month Award" idea would be a good idea? It's a huge morale boost for whoever wins it, and being nominated is an achievment alone. Some people will be disappointed not to be nominated sometimes, but we can't please EVERYBODY.

It's a nice idea.
I'm not sure how everything will play out but it's nice. Is there actual voting involved with the reg members, or does the staff pick someone after a discussion backstage. There are some good points and bad points about this. Everyone seemed to mention them already. I'm on the fence with this. If this happens then that's great. If it doesn't happen then i probably won't think twice about it. |
