my hair i think is really going down the drain literally..my hair is really thinning like im serious...does ne one know what i can do? i've tried everything. is there ne remedies that will work or nething

Right after I had my son, my hair was falling out a lot. I was told to make sure I'm getting enough beta carotene in my diet. Not sure if it worked or not since my stopped falling out after a while but why not give it a shot?
