Layout Help, div overlay problem Options

I am having some problems with my layout. The layout works, however, I can not submit it! I enter all the codes and what not in the About Me section, hit preview, and there is no submit button. Maybe there is a problem with the layout? I'll post it, warning, I can't figure out how to get the little scroll box to work so it's really long. Please help! Thanks.

I thought I found the answer in a previous post but to my dismay, no.

And before you post, look around the site a bit.
BUT because you already posted and are new to the site... I'll cut you some slack.

Here is a tutorial on how to submit a DIV overlay without pushing the submit button.... Its called "Manual Submit Button"
