What's wrong with my CODE? *screwed layout*, need help in my html code Options

I found this layout and modified the header and as you can see, my entries are all the way at the top of the banner instead of being in that gray box. I have no idea what to change in the html code. Please help me. Look at my layout

The bold part is what you need to change. Just make it bigger to move the text down. You probably need to make it anywhere from 600-700.
