CLICK you see how she has that yellow effect on her pics? click on he veiw more pics to see what im talkin about. how exactly can i do that in psp. and is there any tutorials?

If you have photoshop CS or CS2 just go from the image drop down menu, hover adjustments, and select photo filter, or you could open the picture, add new layer, make the layer yellow and set opacity to 25%
