Players..., Why is it?

In my time of living i've noticed...that many girls/guys are very reluctant to mess with a guy/girl in fears or rumors that he/she is a player....I mean yeah there some guys/girls that are...but why do guys/girls automatically think that you are...hmm....maybe...because of the way your style?, dress?, walk?, talk?...flirt? what is it? why do you guys automatically assume that people are?... cool.gif

i'd assume a guy was a player if he was... really flirty, and was popular. that combination almost always equals player. other wise, i'd assume they were if they've had lots of girlfriends or didn't show his feelings towards girls at all even if he went out with them (like jason from laguna beach or something)
