i need someones help, screen shot Options

mmkay, im trying to submit a layout that i made and its asking me to provide a screen shot that must be 500x500 and it cannot be image/bmp. HOW...do i do that? ive tried everything i can possibly think of. here is the layout

It won't get accepted. Layout made through generators are not accepted at all. So you will have to make one yourself.
