What do you do when you have sex with someone who is legal and your onl a minor? I can't face the police, so I tried a different tactic. But he struck back by telling everyone he isn't a sex offender, that I'm making it up, and that everything I say is only a act of revenge and isn't real. But it is! I have text messages from him, e-mails, a picture I took on my phone and I can map out everything in his house including the basement. Nobody beleives me now when I say I'm not making these things up. And I'm afraid the authoities won't believe me either. I really don't know what to do in a situation like this. I'm frustrated, and angry, and scared.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. If it was rape, then go to the police immediately. If it was consensual sex, and you're the minor, he could still be convicted, but if theres no evidence that you actually engaged in sexual activity, then nothing can happen. What do the texts say ? What are the pictures. What are the e-mails about.
