What do you do when you have sex with someone who is legal and your onl a minor? I can't face the police, so I tried a different tactic. But he struck back by telling everyone he isn't a sex offender, that I'm making it up, and that everything I say is only a act of revenge and isn't real. But it is! I have text messages from him, e-mails, a picture I took on my phone and I can map out everything in his house including the basement. Nobody beleives me now when I say I'm not making these things up. And I'm afraid the authoities won't believe me either. I really don't know what to do in a situation like this. I'm frustrated, and angry, and scared.

what exactly is the problem?
it sounds like you had consensual sex with this person because you too pictures with your phone and you're not willing to go to the police. if you were raped and you freaked out about it, you definately should not just sit here. also...it's pretty unsettling but you most likely have to have your parents with you at the police station if he did rape you. you're a minor and your parents are the ones who will have to file the statutory rape charge. if it was consensual and you just want to get him in trouble, that is horrible  but i really don't want to jump to conclusions  |
