Coming from a personal expereince itself. First Loves are truly hard to forget. No matter what that person will be take residence in your heart in someway. But often they are on your mind. First thought when you wake up and the last one before you sleep. No matter how many males or females you begin to date or know...they will always be there. Lingering memories that seem to fade but are still there.

My first love was great. We started going out in 6th grade, broke up in 8th because he moved to Texas. We stopped talking until about 3 weeks ago, and it has definitely stirred up some feelings I didn't think I had for him anymore.
