One of my close guy friends transferred to a different school but we still keep in touch through aim, phonecalls, and texting. We've gotten really close and I've developed feelings for him. We flirt here and there, but he also has a lot of girl friends. I always wonder whether I'm fooling myself with him or not because I'm not sure whether he flirts like he does with his other gal pals. I really want to tell him how I feel, but I don't wanna ruin the friendship we've built. Should I wait a while to tell him how I feel, or just tell him as soon as I can?

If its near by and you like him, tell him!...is much easier said then done, I know. If you think there is a chance that he likes you too, why not give it a shot? It might get awkward if he doesn't tho, so think about it. BUt if you're close enough maybe it won't affect you frinedship? If its far enough away that seeing each other regularly is difficult though, it would be long distance. Keep that in mind...If you feel ready to tell him, don't let his gal pals intimidate you! Some guys just have a lot of female friends, it doesn't mean he's playing all of them. If he likes you, things will work out. It is a bit scary tho isn't it...I totally understand
