One of my close guy friends transferred to a different school but we still keep in touch through aim, phonecalls, and texting. We've gotten really close and I've developed feelings for him. We flirt here and there, but he also has a lot of girl friends. I always wonder whether I'm fooling myself with him or not because I'm not sure whether he flirts like he does with his other gal pals. I really want to tell him how I feel, but I don't wanna ruin the friendship we've built. Should I wait a while to tell him how I feel, or just tell him as soon as I can?

Even if he does flirt with his other gal pal's that has nothing to do with ur feelings for him. You should tell him especially now that he has moved away. What have u got to lose?
