wont let me submit, overlay help |

okay hopefully this will be the last thing that i ask for help on on this profile i am trying to submit it and when i do submit it using the manual submit button it goes to a screen telling me that i can't make comments because i am not the persons friend and my junk wiht thmy age and body type and stuff won't go away can someone help me?
