Does anyone use this for their American history class, presumably AP? (I know Justin does, so I fully expect at least one relevant response to this topic). Doesn't it infuriate you? Isn't it horrid? It doesn't understand the concept of chonological order (Lincoln dies, Johnson takes over, and now suddenly we're back on Lincoln's policies. Then, Johnson didn't drink, he drank once, and oh, he's intelligent. Nonsqeuitor much?), everything that occurs on the 4th of July is "ironic," and it used the word "yeasty."
QUOTE "The Republic owes much to these latercomers--for their brawn, their brains, their courage, and the yeasty diversity they brought to American society." ~The American Pageant yeasty? |

I'm using the American Pageant as well for my APUS class. In fact, I'm using the twelfth edition to be precise.
My teacher wants to give us a midterm exam on the subjects that we covered so far next thursday and friday -_-;; We're up to chapter 28 right now.. |
