Profile Pic Any Size Script Help Options

Hey guys I need help with this script http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=42859.

I just copied and pasted onto the website stats, replaced the freestockphotos.com links with those of my own but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks
