hmmm...
i read somewhere that you shouldnt use toner because it dries out your skin and overproduces oil..... but i use proactiv for my acne and it requires to use a toner and my skin is shiny and oily so what do you guys suggest i do? |

It actually depends on what kind of toner you use, not all toners dry your skin out. You have to find one that suits your skin's needs. I definitely use toner because its like the step between washing your face and moisturising it...so it helps a lot. =]
