okay well I know theres already a topic on reformating but I have no idea on how to reformat my computer and I really need to because my compurter is working slow and barely has any space. so can someone please give me a step by step or website thatll help me reformat it? and I dont have any cd if its needed. thanks.

I dont have one because when we got this computer we bought it used from an internet cafe place and I'm stuck using this one while my older sister gets the new one.
 and I dont want to take it to where I bought it from because they charge me about 80 bucks to reformat it (or whatever tehy do to it) so I'm really not sure what to do. any suggestions?
