most of the people [that i see of] requesting layouts havent done 50 posts yet and that if they already have gone more then 50 posts they dont need to request a layout?

that's because a lot of people just join to get layouts/request them and are too lazy to post because that's not what they're here for. the people that have a lot of posts are the ones that know how to make layouts or don't need to request.
