Help about 'blocked users' script I made Options

I posted a script on this website a month ago, and I'm getting complaints about it not working. I'm not very learned in javascript myself (and very confused about what's wrong with the code ), so if someone wouldn't mind debugging my code, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Don't even use a function... Just do this:

And.. if you put that code in... it will immediately redirect the page, like the first script you provided does.
