OKAY. I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS.

1.) HOW DO YOU GET THE 3 BORDERS AROUND THE TEXT?

2.) ALSO HOW DO YOU GET A BORDER AROUND THE BANNER?

3.) WHERE CAN YOU FIND THOSE EXACT BRUSHES. LIKE THE SPLATS?
