how come, in gimp

Uhhh... When I unzipp the things they dont show up in my brushes toolbox... But when I open my file that is what i get ^^^^

Anyways by reading what you said I can barely tell what your problem is but maybe this will help.
Be more specific too.

And if you still don't get them in list, then open Preferences (from main File menu of gimp), expand the last item called Folders (which is last item in list of perferences). There you will see a sub item Brushes, click it, now on right side, make sure all the listed folders are checked (Checked means the checkbox on left of folders' names is ticked/turned ON).
If still no luck, report to developers quoting the version of gimp you are using, and version of gtk+
