I searched, and I couldn't find any topics that asked people to submit their favorite foods from their home countries. I thought it would be cool if you could give us your favorite food from your home country, and if possible, submit a recipe for that food.
I'm from India, so my personal favorite food from there is pau bhaaji. It's kind of like a burger, only the filling in between the bread is a vegetable mix. I'll try to find a recipe later. |

Im a Filipino.
I love my dad's special adobo, Pandesal, ube ice cream, Quezo real ice cream, the brown sticky rice (forgot the name), Sinigang, Halo Halo, Sweet Corn, and rice. Filipino desserts are really good.
