im looking for this website that translates what you type into sound files.
it's like this... "hello, how are you today" and then a button to say what you wrote and PRESTO, you have a sound file...does anyone know what im talking about? |

I don't know of a site that could text to voice and make a file. But on most windows systems it comes built in with a text to voice thing.
It's somewhere in the control panel... Control Panel -> Sound, Audio, Speech Devices -> Speech -> Text-To-Voice I don't think it makes files, but you can try... |
