My girlfriend just got her drivers license and is now driving. She is very sensitive and easily scared so I told her that if something happened while she was driving, that she could call me and that i would come and pick her up. So...Today, it started to snow and she left her house to go to another party. At the same time, my phone ran out of batteries so it was turned off and i had to charge it. While it was off, she called me cause she was scared due to the fact that her car was sliding but since i didn't answer, she left a voicemail. When i turned on my phone and as soon as i got the voicemail, i called her. But, she told me that she soooo angry at me cause everyone made sure that she was ok...except me. Then she went on to tell me that she didn't want to talk to me and hung up. Now she's angry and crying at home and i dont know what to do. I miss her..

^ Actually, I think she's paranoid and unreasonable. She wasn't in a car accident or anything, was she? She was just driving, and got scared because of brake-lockage. How did everyone ask her if she was okay if she was just driving somewhere? Its not often that people call to ask if you're in a dangerous situation. Obviously, she called everyone in the world to tell them.
You need to explain the issue to her. Either way, I don't think she'll be mad when she's done crying or whatever. She overreacted, and she'll 'forgive' you soon. |
