 I don`t know what to call it but I made it for my banner site.  I wanted to take comments&suggestions to improve the banner before I post it up.Keep in mind this was one of my first banners that I put an image of a celeb on.

You're latest picture isn't too bad, you're getting better, but it's a little too blurry for my taste.
