trouble in geocities/ freewebs Options

i have no idea how to upload files in geocity/ freewebs.. can somebody please please please help me?

In Geocities:

1. Go to http://geocities.yahoo.com once you're logged in.
2. Click on Manage like this:

3. Click on Easy Upload like this:

4. Click on Browse and look for the file you'd like to upload.
5. Click on Upload Files


For Freewebs:

1. Log in.
2. Click on Site Manager on the sidebar at the left side.
3. Click on Upload Files like this:

4. There should be a pop-up. Click on Browse and look for the file you wish to upload.
5. After you chosen the file, click on Upload Files.
