Well anyways the Lizzie McGuire Movie was on the Disney Channel earlier which made me want to make something Hilary-ish. And since colouizing has been what I've been obsessed with, thats what I did. So I did it twice cause the first time the program just froze. And when I re-did it the skin tone looked off. Maybe it needs to be a bit more peachy
 ? I dunno what do you guys think? Original  I changed the skin tone, made the eyes a bit darker, the earrings look a bit more gray though I was going for blue, and I changed the hair.

the skin is too pink and pale. and you should add a little blue tint to the earrings. i mean little as in REALL REALLY REALLY REALLY little
