I just had a layout submission rejected, and I just wanted to know what is the point of becoming an Official Designer if your layouts get rejected. I mean, micron even states it in the "Become an official designer" thread, that all layouts are automatically accepted.

think of it this way.. just because you're kobe doesn't mean you're gonna have a off night..

now when you have a off night, do the coach say good job just because he's a superstar? i dont think so..

same with layouts.. you can be a official designer but that doesn't mean all your work will be top-notch top-quality material

Yeah but Kobe enjoys what he does because of the game, and he is getting majorly paid and international fame. I'm not saying I don't enjoy making layouts, but there would be nice bonuses here and there, a sort of pull factor for someone to become an official designer.
