I just had a layout submission rejected, and I just wanted to know what is the point of becoming an Official Designer if your layouts get rejected. I mean, micron even states it in the "Become an official designer" thread, that all layouts are automatically accepted.

That is quite so, but it says "already accepted." How can a layout be removed if it's already rejected?
Then there really isn't quite and incentive to become an official designer? Other than larger PM inbox and colored name when someone looks at the people viewing a topic. |

QUOTE(az kicka @ Dec 28 2005, 8:15 PM) That is quite so, but it says "already accepted." How can a layout be removed if it's already rejected? Can you rephrase the first part? I don't quite understand. If a layout has already been accepted, Design & Head Staff and Admins are able to reject it if they don't feel it's good enough. What do you mean by there not being much of an incentive? If one of your layouts has been rejected, it doesn't mean that you're a bad designer. As long as you follow the rules (located here) and make an at least decent layout, there's no reason why you should be disappointed. |
