same here... it's because the guy i liked moved. which sounds stupid but... it was really hard
so whatever the reason(s) you're sad for... try getting over it by constantly doing things that make you happy. watch a funny movie, hang out with friends, listen to music that you can relate to (with your situation), but is happy... it might take a while, but gradually hopefully you'll get better. i am
